
Low- to middle-income country (LIMIC) markets or emerging markets, present a unique range of social considerations that may impact on the roll-out approach for any new product or service. In this course, you will explore the marketing process through the lens of a LIMIC market to better understand how to design and/or evaluate a marketing strategy aimed at marketing products in one of these countries.

Faith Ekudu
Faith holds a degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University and a masters in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College. She has over 13 years’ experience in market strategy development and communication with 8 of those in the financial services space, working with various fintechs to drive financial inclusion by improving client onboarding and payment disbursement. She is a strong advocate for financial literacy and trained over 1500 people through her role in Public Relations and Advocacy with the Uganda Insurers Association.
Faith currently works as the Head of Marketing at Created to Build (CtB) and when she is not working on strategy, spends her time mentoring businesses through her Facebook group.

Manal Mubarak
Manal is a futuristic FinTech expert based in Sudan. She has more than 10 years in financial and telecommunication industries. Currently, she is a freelancer FinTech expert providing consultancy services. Previously, she worked for the Sudan’s national telecommunications company Sudatel, where she established and led the FinTech unit. Before that, she worked for Electronic Banking Co – EBS, a technology company delegated by Central Bank of Sudan to operate national payment systems.
Manal is a Certified Professional Marketer from CIM – UK. She holds a certificate in Digital Money from DFI – SA. She also holds a master degree in Business Administration from University of Khartoum – Sudan, and Project Management Certificate from PMI-US.
